A comfortable shared room for two residents, with windows that look out over the lotus pond. Each resident has a clearly defined personal sleeping area, wardrobe, bedside table, and reading light. The shared bathroom is dedicated to the room and not shared with other rooms. Linens are changed twice weekly as standard.
The pond view rooms are the most sociable option at dokbuiles — residents in shared rooms tend to form natural companionship with their roommate, and many consider this an advantage rather than a compromise.

A fully private en-suite room with a double bed, personal armchair, writing desk, and garden-facing windows. Positioned in the quieter part of the house, away from the main entrance. The activities programme is available but participation is never expected — some residents use every session; others prefer their own routine and that is equally welcome.
This room suits residents who value privacy and their own space, but still want to be part of the household — joining meals, sitting in the garden, and having staff present and familiar.

This suite includes all meals, daily afternoon tea, personal laundry, and the full cultural activities programme. For residents who want daily personal assistance — help with dressing, mobility, or other routines — this is included as part of the suite rate.
